Do you cater for allergies? We cater for a number of dietary requirements including Dairy Free, Vegan and Refined Sugar Free. We are also able to create cakes and cupcakes using Free From Gluten ingredients. These cakes are baked separately using equipment that is just for these cakes. We also store the ingredients and the cakes separately too. Although every effort is made to ensure there is minimum chance of cross-contamination, we cannot guarentee 100% that these are Gluten Free. Please note that all our products are cooked in a kitchen where nuts and sesame seeds are used.

How do I store my cake and how long will it last? Our cakes are designed to be eaten fresh on the date of the event. They will keep fresh for approximately 4 days from the date of delivery if kept unopened. Sugar paste cakes are not designed to be refridgerated. They should be stored in a cool, dry place, ideally in the box provided. If these cakes are placed in the fridge you run the risk of the colours bleeding. Buttercream cakes need to be kept very cool and can be refridegrated overnight of collected the day before the event. They should be served at room temperature for the best flavour. Cupcakes should not be placed in the fridge but kept in an air tight container in a cool place.

Do you use local products? All our eggs are Free Range and come from Fforest Isaf in Kidwelly. We use Welsh butter supplied to us from Evan Rees. All our preserves and curds come from Little Grandma's Kitchen in St Clears and our Salted Caramel sauce comes from Fwdge, based in Bridgend. Our packaging and our food prep gloves are biodegradable or recyclable too.
