Ever since I was a very small child I loved baking, a passion handed down to me by my Mum and Nan (both fantastic cooks). On our birthday ever year, my brother and I were always presented with the most amazing hand made birthday cakes - these were often the highlight of the party for us.

That magical feeling of having a special cake, made exactly for me, stayed with me into adulthood. Designs included butterflies, hedgehogs, snooker tables, Kylie Minogue and even Take That in my teenage years (the last one being an obsession that I still have!).

In 2009 I got married to my rock and best friend Phil. At that point I decided I was going to make my own wedding cake. That was my first 'official' cake and who better to try out on than my friends and family!

From there I received steady orders for cakes from friends and family and honed my skills doing a hobby I loved. It was a perfect way to de-stress from my then profession as a Primary School teacher.

In the summer of 2017 I left my job as a Deputy Head in pursuit of my dream - owning and running my own cake business - and here we are today!

I am passionate about designing and creating cakes. I want every customer to enjoy them just as much as I do!
